Help with your account
For sign-in, pairing, a missing letter or other app questions, email support@theloveenvelope.net. Briefly describe what happened and the screen you were using. Never send a password, verification code or private letter as part of an ordinary support request.
For a password reset, use the reset option on the app's sign-in screen. Support will never ask you to share a verification code.
Safety and unwanted contact
You can block your partner in the app's relationship settings. You can also report a relationship, an opened letter or a profile photo from the relevant in-app menu. To report an invitation or anything else, email safety@theloveenvelope.net.
For harassment, threats, intimate content shared without consent or another safety concern, email safety@theloveenvelope.net. Describe the concern and how to identify the affected item. Do not attach intimate images or unrelated private letters to an initial email. We can explain the appropriate next step for any necessary evidence.
Read the Safety Standards for your controls and how reports are handled. Our support and safety inboxes are not emergency services and are not monitored continuously. If you are in immediate danger in the United States, call 911.
Privacy questions and requests
For access, correction, deletion or an appeal about a privacy request, contact privacy@theloveenvelope.net. You can also contact our support address. We may need to verify your identity before handling a sensitive request.
The Privacy Policy explains your choices. The Data Retention schedule explains what account deletion removes and what happens to letters already delivered to your partner.
Closing an account
You can start account deletion in the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account. A 30-day recovery window follows. Sealed letters already delivered to your partner are not ordinarily retracted by account deletion. Review the explanation and confirmations in the app before proceeding.
